Eco School Green Flag Award Visit
We have now found out that we will visited as part of our Eco School Green Flag Award application on Thursday May 15th. Pupil representatives from the various committees will show our visitors around the school and share our eco activities.
Sport Relief – We’re ‘Going the Extra Mile’
The school is participating in Sport Relief 2008.
We are joining thousands of people throughout the country who will be ‘going the extra mile’ on Friday 14th March.
The theme we have chosen is ‘Silly Hats’ and we hope that all pupils will bring a silly hat to wear as we walk the mile. The best silly hat will win a prize!
We suggest that pupils bring £1 to donate to Sport Relief.
UNICEF Day for Change – Friday 29th February
We are participating in UNICEF Day for Change again this year, but a few weeks after the official date.
Pupils are encouraged to ‘dress as you please’ on Friday 29th February in return for a £1 donation towards UNICEF’s work with children.
